I am delighted by the initiative of Pier Giuseppe Moroni in opening such a modern and contemporary exhibition space in the heart of Milan and also that he has entrusted it to our experience.
Portrait photography is continuously evolving and I hope that the initiative will become a regular feature. In recent years, photography has, so to speak, shown it has long legs and it is running into many spaces where it was previously inconceivable in Italy, though practiced abroad. At the same time photography needs support, assistance and celebration to remain alive and existing with its mines of archives and fantastic new productions. Hence more dedicated spaces means more fulfillment.
